Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 1 stalk broccoli
  • 1 carrot
  • 100g chickpeas
  • 100ml tomato juice
  • olive oil
  • salt
Preparation
  1. Wash and chop the vegetables.
  2. Add 1/2 cup quinoa to a suitable pot.
  3. Add 1 1/2 cups water, 100ml tomato juice, and the cooked chickpeas.
  4. Place on the stove for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Add salt and olive oil, and let the dish steam off the heat.
