Ingredients
  • 1/2 cube yeast
  • 500ml lukewarm water
  • 1l salt
  • 1l sugar
  • 2l fat
  • 250g white flour
  • 750g whole grain flour
  • 2 egg whites
  • savory
  • fenugreek
  • oregano
  • spearmint
  • black pepper
  • red pepper
  • a pinch of each spice
Preparation
  1. Knead the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  2. Place in a greased tray and press the dough with your fingers to form dimples.
  3. Brush with the two egg yolks and bake in a preheated oven at 180-200°C for 30 minutes.
