Ingredients

150/200 ml cooking cream
check_circle
100 g blue cheese
check_circle
50 ml butter
check_circle
1 tbsp salt
Preparation
In boiling water with 1 tbsp salt, add the broccoli florets for about 3/4 minutes.
Cool with cold water and ice to stop the cooking process.
Melt the butter in a wok pan with a few drops of oil.
Add the broccoli, cream, and blue cheese, and mix well.
After 3/4 minutes, it is ready.
