Ingredients

1 onion

100g fresh milk
check_circle
50g cream
check_circle
1 tbsp butter
check_circle
a few sprigs of dill
Preparation
Chop the vegetables into cubes and boil them in salted water.
Once everything is soft, drain the water and add fresh milk and cream.
Add finely chopped dill and blend until smooth.
Incorporate one tablespoon of butter.
Serve the soup garnished with croutons that have been toasted with seasoned salt.
