Breaded Broccoli

Ingredients
  • 1-2 heads of broccoli
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 cup olive oil
Preparation
  1. Separate the broccoli into florets and boil for 3-4 minutes. Drain and then place in cold water.
  2. Beat the eggs with salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan.
  4. Coat the broccoli in flour, then dip in the eggs, and coat again in flour.
  5. Fry on both sides in the hot oil. Serve with garlic sauce. Enjoy!
