  • 500 g fish (e.g.

  • 200 g potatoes
  • 150 g carrots
  • 100 g broccoli
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the fish in a baking dish and season with lemon juice.
  5. Add the vegetables around the fish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
