Ingredients
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice of bread
  • 50 ml water
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp oil
Preparation
  1. Soak the bread in water and squeeze it out.
  2. Chop the onion finely.
  3. Mix the ground beef with the egg, bread, onion, and spices.
  4. Knead well until homogeneous.
  5. Shape into meatballs with your hands.
  6. Heat the oil in a pan.
  7. Fry the meatballs until golden brown on all sides.
  8. Remove and serve warm.
