Ingredients

  • 1 lemon
  • 125 ml white wine
  • oregano
  • black pepper
  • parsley

Preparation
  1. Cleaned fish are placed in a suitable dish, salted, and drizzled with lemon juice.
  2. The fish are arranged in a greased baking tray. Season with oregano and black pepper, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
  3. Remove the foil and bake the fish for an additional 5 minutes using the top heat or grill.
