Ingredients
  • spinach – 50 g
  • banana – 1 pc
  • apple – 1 pc
  • fresh milk (or plant-based) – 250 ml
  • honey – 1 tsp
  • ice – a few cubes
Preparation
  1. Wash the spinach.
  2. Peel and chop the fruits.
  3. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour into a glass.
  6. Serve immediately
