Ingredients
  • ramen noodles – 200 g
  • chicken fillet – 250 g
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • mushrooms – 100 g
  • green onion – 2 stalks
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • ginger – 1 tsp
  • chicken broth – 1 l
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
  1. Boil the eggs (6–7 minutes) and peel them.
  2. Cut the chicken and fry until cooked.
  3. Sauté the garlic and ginger in olive oil.
  4. Pour in the broth and add soy sauce.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Cook the noodles according to instructions.
  7. Add the mushrooms to the broth.
  8. Place the noodles in a bowl, add chicken and halved eggs, then pour hot broth over.
