  • Cottage cheese – 250 g
  • Yogurt – 150 g
  • Honey – 1 tbsp
  • Protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) – 1 scoop
  • Cocoa – 1 tsp
  • Nuts – 30 g
Preparation
  1. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl.
  2. Add the yogurt.
  3. Add the protein powder.
  4. Add the honey.
  5. Mix until smooth.
  6. Sprinkle with nuts on top.
  7. Chill slightly and serve.
