Gin Basil Smash Cocktail with Lemon and Basil

Ingredients
  • Bickens gin - 220 ml
  • freshly squeezed lemon juice - 165 ml
  • 2:1 sugar syrup
  • fresh basil - 10 leaves
  • water - 240 ml
Preparation
  1. Pour all ingredients into the blender jug. The total volume should be 750 ml.
  2. Blend on high speed for 20 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a container, then carefully pour it into a labeled bottle using a funnel.
  4. Seal tightly with a stopper and store in the refrigerator.
  5. The cocktail can be stored in the fridge for up to 30 days.
