check_circle *optional*: dried hot red pepper or whole dried chili
Preparation
1. Drain the yogurt for at least 12 hours in cheesecloth.
2. Mix the dried spices. Add salt to taste, and if you want it spicy, add the dried red pepper (best added last to taste the mixture).
3. From the drained yogurt, form balls the size of a small walnut.
4. Roll in the dried spices.
5. Place 2-3 cloves of garlic at the bottom of a wide-mouth jar, pour in some olive oil or vegetable oil, and layer the balls. Fill the jar with more oil.
6. *Optional*: You can also add a dried hot chili to the jar.
7. Place the jar in the refrigerator for 10 days to marinate the yogurt balls, after which they are ready to consume.
