Ingredients
  • 1 duck
  • 100g rice
  • duck offals
  • sour cabbage
  • oil
  • paprika
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • savory
Preparation
  1. Wash the duck and sauté the liver, gizzard, and heart.
  2. Add onion and 100g rice, fry, and season with black pepper, savory, and salt.
  3. Stuff the duck and sew it up.
  4. Place in a large baking dish lined with chopped sour cabbage.
  5. Brush the duck with oil and paprika.
  6. Pour in 200ml water and bake in the oven for about 3 hours at 170°C.
  7. Enjoy your meal!
