Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Grind the cauliflower to 'rice' and steam for 5 minutes.
Let it cool and squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, mix the cauliflower with eggs, mozzarella, parmesan, and spices.
Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper as a crust.
Bake for about 15–20 minutes until golden.
Remove and spread with tomato sauce, add cheese and chosen toppings, bake for another 10 minutes until melted.
