Ingredients
  • puff pastry – 500 g
  • dark chocolate – 200 g
  • egg – 1 pc
  • powdered sugar – 1 tbsp
Preparation
  1. Roll out the puff pastry.
  2. Cut it into triangles.
  3. Place a piece of chocolate on the wide end.
  4. Roll into croissants.
  5. Arrange on a baking tray with parchment paper.
  6. Brush with beaten egg.
  7. Bake at 180°C for 15–20 minutes until golden.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar.
