Preparation
Roll out the puff pastry.
Cut it into triangles.
Place a piece of chocolate on the wide end.
Roll into croissants.
Arrange on a baking tray with parchment paper.
Brush with beaten egg.
Bake at 180°C for 15–20 minutes until golden.
Dust with powdered sugar.
