Ingredients
  • pizza dough – 400 g
  • tomato sauce (optional) – 100 g
  • mozzarella – 150 g
  • gorgonzola – 100 g
  • parmesan – 60 g
  • cheddar or emmental – 120 g
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • black pepper – 1/3 tsp
  • oregano – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Roll out the dough onto a baking tray.
  3. Optionally spread a thin layer of tomato sauce.
  4. Evenly distribute the mozzarella.
  5. Add gorgonzola in small pieces.
  6. Sprinkle with grated cheddar and parmesan.
  7. Season with oregano and black pepper.
  8. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  9. Bake for about 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Serve.
