Ingredients
  • 100 grams of cashews
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric
  • 2 dates
Preparation
  1. Soak the cashews for a few hours, preferably overnight or from morning to afternoon.
  2. Drain the soaked cashews and add them to a blender with 250ml of water.
  3. Add the turmeric and dates to the blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
