Ingredients
  • eggs – 8 pcs
  • avocado – 2 pcs
  • yogurt or mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • green onion – 2 stalks
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/3 tsp
  • parsley – 1/2 bunch
Preparation
  1. Boil the eggs (about 10 minutes), peel them and cut into cubes.
  2. Peel the avocado and either chop it or mash it lightly.
  3. In a bowl, combine the eggs and avocado.
  4. Add yogurt or mayonnaise.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  6. Add chopped green onion and parsley.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, mix gently and serve.
