Ingredients
  • 4 peppers
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp parsley
Preparation
  1. Roast the peppers until soft.
  2. Peel them and remove the seeds.
  3. Cut them into strips.
  4. Add the crushed garlic.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar.
  6. Season with salt and mix.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley.
