Ingredients
  • carrots – 3 pcs
  • apple – 1 pc
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • honey – 1 tsp
  • salt – pinch
  • walnuts – 40 g
Preparation
  1. Grate the carrots.
  2. Grate the apple.
  3. Mix them in a bowl.
  4. Add the lemon juice.
  5. Add the olive oil and honey.
  6. Add a pinch of salt.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
  9. Serve.
