Syrup: 500ml water

800g sugar

150g honey

1 orange cut in half

5 cloves

3 cinnamon sticks
Preparation
First, prepare the syrup.
In a large bowl, mix the second mixture and gently add the first mixture without much kneading.
Take about 30g of the dough and shape it into an oval, pressing lightly with a fork on top.
Place on parchment paper and bake at 190-200°C for about 25-30 minutes.
Dip them in the syrup for 1-2 minutes.
Arrange on a platter and sprinkle with honey and walnuts.
