Ingredients
  • 1 kg flour
  • 2 tbsp dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs (one for brushing)
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup oil
Preparation
  1. Let the dough rise until it doubles in size.
  2. Once risen, divide the dough into four balls.
  3. Roll out each ball, grease them, and stack them on top of each other.
