Ingredients
  • mascarpone – 250 g
  • cream (30%) – 200 ml
  • erythritol (or other sweetener) – 60 g
  • cocoa – 2 tbsp
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
  • dark chocolate (85%+) – 50 g
  • almonds (chopped) – 50 g
Preparation
  1. Whip the cream until fluffy.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the mascarpone with erythritol and vanilla.
  3. Carefully combine the two creams until smooth.
  4. Divide the mixture into two parts and add cocoa to one.
  5. Layer the white and chocolate mixture in cups or bowls.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped dark chocolate and almonds.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes.
  8. Serve chilled.
