Preparation
Wash the Romaine lettuce leaves with cold water, dry well, and tear into a serving plate.
Add halved, pre-washed, and sliced red cherry Roma tomatoes.
Add the turkey fillet cut into cubes and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
Do not mix the salad beforehand! Top with the prepared dressing - mayonnaise, yogurt, salt, and a pinch of brown sugar.
Pour over the salad and sprinkle with seasoned croutons.
Optionally, experiment with additional toppings like dried red cranberries combined with raw walnuts and golden raisins or dried goji berries with Jumbo dark raisins and raw walnuts.
