100 ml fresh milk

80 g dark chocolate

1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Grind the oats to a fine texture.
In a bowl, mix the oats and whey protein.
Add the peanut butter, honey, milk, and vanilla.
Stir well until a thick mixture forms.
Spread the mixture in a small tray lined with baking paper.
Melt the chocolate and spread it on top.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to set, then cut into bars and serve.
