Ingredients
  • ground beef – 600 g
  • burger buns – 4 pcs
  • cheddar – 120 g
  • tomato – 2 pcs
  • lettuce – 4 leaves
  • red onion – 1/2 pcs
  • mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
  • hot sauce (chili or sriracha) – 2 tbsp
  • mustard – 1 tsp
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
  1. Form 4 burgers from the ground beef and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a pan or grill with olive oil.
  3. Cook the burgers to the desired doneness.
  4. In the last minute, place cheddar on the meat to melt.
  5. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, hot sauce, and mustard.
  6. Slice the buns and lightly toast them.
  7. Assemble the burgers: sauce → meat → vegetables → sauce.
  8. Close with the top half of the bun and serve.
