Ingredients
  • 300 g pork meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 potatoes
  • 60/70 g celery
  • 50 ml oil
  • 50 g vermicelli
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • allspice
  • parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 150 g yogurt
Preparation
  1. Cut the meat and vegetables into small cubes.
  2. Sauté the meat well, then add the vegetables.
  3. Pour in water and add spices except for parsley.
  4. Once the vegetables are cooked, add the vermicelli and cook until done.
  5. Thicken the soup with egg yolk and yogurt, then sprinkle with parsley.
  6. Enjoy your meal!
