Ingredients
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 200 g white beans (cooked)
  • 80 g pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 l vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp basil
Preparation
  1. Chop all the vegetables.
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.
  3. Add the carrot, potatoes, and zucchini.
  4. Add the tomatoes.
  5. Pour in the broth.
  6. Add the beans and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Add the pasta and cook until done.
  8. Season with salt, pepper, and basil. Serve.
