Preparation
Sauté the seafood for 3–5 minutes until cooked.
Add the finely chopped garlic.
Wash and chop the vegetables.
Place them in a bowl.
Add the seafood.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Gently mix and serve.
