Pork Stew with Vegetables

Ingredients
  • pork meat - 600 g
  • large onion - 1 head
  • green peppers - 3 pcs
  • carrots - 2 pcs
  • potatoes - 3 pcs
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • oil - 100 ml
  • red pepper - 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
Preparation
  1. Wash the meat and cut it into medium-sized pieces.
  2. In heated oil, sauté the finely chopped onion, add the meat and briefly fry together with the onion.
  3. Then add the diced peppers, sliced carrots, and sauté everything.
  4. Season with salt, black and red pepper. Pour in enough water to cover the meat and let it simmer.
  5. When the meat is tender, add the diced potatoes, pour in a bit more warm water, and cook until both the meat and potatoes are soft.
  6. If needed, add a bit more salt and finally sprinkle with chopped parsley.
