Lenten Banitsa with Leeks and Mushrooms

Ingredients
  • 8 stalks of leeks
  • 250g mushrooms
  • 500g phyllo dough
  • red pepper
  • savory
  • oil
Preparation
  1. Clean and chop the vegetables.
  2. Sauté the leeks and mushrooms to release the moisture from the leeks.
  3. Add spices to taste and color.
  4. Roll the phyllo dough, distributing the filling evenly.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with water and cover with a towel after removing from the oven. Enjoy!
