Preparation
Rinse the rice well under running water.
Heat the oil in a pot and add the rice.
Sauté for 2–3 minutes, stirring.
Add the spices and mix well.
Pour in the water and add the salt.
Cook on low heat until the rice absorbs the liquid.
Let it rest for a few minutes, then stir and serve.
