Preparation
Drain the olives if they are in brine.
Slice the garlic thinly.
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, and spices.
Add the olives and stir well.
Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or better a few hours).
Stir before serving.
Serve.
