Ingredients

50 ml olive oil or other fat of choice

3 cloves of garlic

1-2 tbsp beetroot juice (or other natural coloring

such as aronia flour)

3 cups water

flour from 1 cup peas (ground in a powerful coffee grinder to fine flour)

chickpea flour can also be used
Preparation
Mix the flour with water, whisk well to avoid lumps, and place on the stove.
Cook for at least 10 minutes, stirring continuously until it thickens like porridge.
Remove from heat and add all spices, oil, and beetroot juice, then blend for about 2 minutes.
Quickly fill prepared containers (cups, water bottles, ice cream boxes), as it sets rapidly.
After cooling, refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours. It comes out easily from containers.
Store as desired – wrapped in foil or in a box, in the fridge for up to 5 days.
