Boil 1 l of milk with 150 g of sugar. Dissolve the starch in a little milk and add it to the mixture while continuously stirring.
Remove from heat and stir until it starts to cool, then add the vanilla.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
In a rectangular dish, layer a bit of cream, followed by a layer of biscuits, and sprinkle with melted chocolate. Alternate layers of biscuits, chocolate, and cream, finishing with cream.
Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with coconut flakes and melted chocolate.
