Homemade Biscuit Cake

Ingredients
  • 20 g coconut flakes
  • 1 pack vanilla
  • 1 dark chocolate
  • 22 plain biscuits
  • 40 g butter
  • 80 g starch
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 l fresh milk
Preparation
  1. Boil 1 l of milk with 150 g of sugar. Dissolve the starch in a little milk and add it to the mixture while continuously stirring.
  2. Remove from heat and stir until it starts to cool, then add the vanilla.
  3. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  4. In a rectangular dish, layer a bit of cream, followed by a layer of biscuits, and sprinkle with melted chocolate. Alternate layers of biscuits, chocolate, and cream, finishing with cream.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with coconut flakes and melted chocolate.
