Ingredients
  • 50 ml oil
  • 4 roasted peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tomato
  • a pinch of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g cheese
  • parsley for garnish
  • a pinch of salt
Preparation
  1. Sauté the onions in oil.
  2. Add grated tomato with a pinch of sugar and simmer until slightly thickened.
  3. Stir in the peppers, eggs, salt, and cheese.
  4. Mix well and serve garnished with parsley.
